Staying with Us

  1. You may check-in any time after 4 pm local time and must check-out by 11 am local time. If you would like to check-in a little earlier or check-out a little later, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and will confirm any modified check-in and/or check-out time by text or email. Be sure to follow any additional instructions these changes may require.
  2. If you overstay past your designated check-out time by more than two (2) hours, we reserve the right to enter the Suite, remove any belongings, change the locks or lock codes to the space and take further action as may be necessary or appropriate. You may be liable for any associated costs and for additional fees of up to 150% of the effective daily rate of your stay for each day (full or partial) that you overstay, as well as any other related damages, fees, costs or expenses incurred by us (e.g., relating to our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for any part of the time that you overstayed).
  3. In connection with your stay, you should receive an email from us containing check-out instructions. Please follow those instructions and call or text us at the phone number provided with any questions. The following are prohibited
Pets.
  1. We do not allow pets. Violation of our pet policy results in a $100 fine, plus the cost to deep clean the suite and/or repair damages to the suite. We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.
Supplies.
  1. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.
Houseware.
  1. We also provide linens and kitchenware for your use during your stay. Any such items that are removed from the Suite will be charged to you in accordance with the Plush residence Terms.
Smoking
  1. We do not allow smoking of any kind (including on balconies or terraces), including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances (including vaping and e-cigarettes); breaking this rule will incur a $250 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorize the suite
Absolutely no Parties or events;
  1. Unreasonable numbers of guests including any that exceed the maximum permitted by law;
  2. Number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum allowed for the unit, this information is posted on the website;
Excessive noise;
  1. Audible noise outside of the Suite after 9 pm local time;
  2. Disturbing neighbors or invading their privacy or security;
  3. Illegal substances or activity (e.g., involving drugs, the Internet, or otherwise, including illegal downloads or file sharing whether using our, your own, or a third-party device or Internet connection);
  4. Pornography production or prostitution;
  5. Dangerous or hazardous items (e.g., those that may increase the risk of fire or explosion such as candles or lighters);
  6. Firearms and other weapons (except those rightfully possessed by on-duty or off-duty law enforcement officials or licensed security guards);
  7. Placing of obstructions, signage, garbage, food, or personal items unattended outside the Suite;
  8. Creating unsanitary conditions (e.g., generating excessive trash or offensive odors, or attracting pests);
  9. Making any change, modification, alteration, or addition whatsoever to the Suite or its contents (including moving furniture around);
  10. Soliciting or loitering around the space or building;
  11. Commercial photography, film, or videography (without expressed written consent); and
  12. Using the Suite for any purpose other than for personal accommodation.

Before and during your stay

 

What is our check in process like?
  1. Plush residence ’s check-in process is online and self-completed in order to facilitate stress-free and contactless access to your reserved space. As part of this process, we collect basic information about yourself, verify your email and phone number, a credit card for incidentals, and if necessary, ask for a government-issued photo ID and images of your face.
  2. Depending on where you are staying with us, the type of information we ask for may differ due to local regulatory requirements – make sure to observe all communications we send you in regard to online check-in.
When’s the best time to complete your online check-in process?
  1. It’s best to complete the online check-in process as soon as you’ve booked your stay with us. You will get an email that will ask for your pre-arrival information. At the very latest we recommend you complete it before you travel.
  2. This is because most of our properties do not have in-person check-ins, so if you arrive having not checked in online, you will need to check-in online in order to receive your plush residence’s access information. In some instances, we need to review the information you’ve submitted and may contact you about it – It’s easier to address these situations ahead of time, and not when in transit or outside your suite.
How will plush residence verify my identity?
  1. Plush residence will verify the information you provide in our online check-in process to make sure that nobody other than you is using your personal information, in order to prevent fraudulent uses of your identity, to keep you and our guests safe, and comply with regulatory requirements in the places we operate in.
  2. For your phone number and email address, we’ll send verification codes to ensure we have your personal contact information on file. If you’re asked to provide images of a government-issued photo ID and your face, then our third-party verification provider will extract biometric data and compare the two images to ensure the ID picture matches the selfie. Plush residence or our third-party service provider does not store your biometric data after the ID has been verified.
Once I have completed the online check-in process, when will I receive the access instructions for my Suite?
  1. Once your personal information has been verified, you will receive the instructions to access your Suite within 72hrs of your check-in time (our standard is 4 pm, local time).
  2. If you complete your online check-in process within 72hrs of your check-in date, we may need to review your information before sending access information – we appreciate your patience in these instances, and rest assured we prioritize reviewing your information the closer you are to your scheduled arrival.
What parking options are available?

Parking options vary depending on location. Some of our suites do come with complimentary parking and some do not. Those that have free parking will have it in their listing.
